Psychology Associates of Bethlehem - Scott Bloszinsky

Scott J. Bloszinsky, Psy.D., ABPP

Clinical Psychology

Dr. Bloszinsky recieved his B.A in Psychology from Rider University, M.A in Counseling Psychology from Boston College, and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hartford. He completed a pre-doctoral internship at Hutchings Psychiatric Center in Syracuse, NY, completed his post-doctoral work at Binghamton Psychiatric Center, and became licensed as a Psychologist in Pennsylvania in 2002. Dr. Bloszinsky is Board Certified in Clinical Psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). He has been working as a Clinical Psychologist for Psychology Associates of Bethlehem since 2001. Dr. Bloszinsky conducts psychotherapy, psychological testing, and personality evaluations with individuals of all ages presenting with a variety of concerns and issues. He has also received training in trauma-based programs for sexual and physical abuse victims. Dr. Bloszinsky's clinical interests include personality assessment, trauma and abuse issues, and professional training/supervision.

Jennifer L. Brisbane, Psy.D.

Clinical Psychology

Dr. Brisbane is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of Scranton with her B.S. in Psychology. She received her M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. As part of her doctoral training, she gained experience providing psychological testing and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and adults in predominantly outpatient settings. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Worcester Youth Guidance Center in Worcester, MA where she conducted psychotherapy utilizing cognitive-behavioral and family systems approaches to treat a wide range of behavioral disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Prior to joining Psychology Associates of Bethlehem, P.C. in 2017, Dr. Brisbane worked in the outpatient psychology department at an integrated healthcare facility where she conducted comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological testing with children, adolescents, and adults to clarify diagnoses and provide individualized recommendations to optimize emotional and behavioral functioning. Currently, Dr. Brisbane conducts psychotherapy with primarily adolescents and adults. Her clinical interests include: anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, as well as trauma and stressor related disorders. Additionally, Dr. Brisbane is an affiliated staff member with St. Luke’s University Health Network where she provides behavioral health consultation services and supervises graduate level psychology students.

Joanne M. Regina, Ph.D.

Clinical & Neuropsychology

As CEO for Psychology Associates of Bethlehem, P.C., Dr. Regina established and manages a Corporate Compliance Program for the practice which insures quality standards are met and maintained for all providers and services. Dr. Regina is a licensed Psychologist and also serves as Director of Psychology Services for St. Luke's Hospital. She has taught courses in Ethics & Professional Issues, Psychological Testing, and General Psychology for nearly twenty years and is currently an Adjunct Faculty at Lehigh University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Graduate Psychology Program. Dr. Regina founded Psychology Associates of Bethlehem's Graduate Training Program in 1992, which continues to provide Practicum, Internship, and Fellowship opportunities for students enrolled in accredited universities. A Fellowship trained Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Regina specializes in the area of Health Psychology with persons of all ages. She has numerous publications and presentations on the applications of Psychology to health care and organizational settings. Her clinical interests and specializations include neuropsychological assessment, learning styles, and parent education training.

Tania A. Scriff, MA, LPC

Adolescent and Adult, Addictions, and Co-Occurring Treatment

Tania Scriff is a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor. She has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and is also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). Tania's experience includes dual diagnosis populations in Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient settings. She has developed an eclectic approach over the past 18 years and treats diverse issues including mood disorders, anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, trauma, parenting, and addictions. She conducts therapy with teens, adults, women, couples, and families. She enjoys exploring client strengths and barriers to growth as they move through the process of building lasting changes.

Thomas D. Sugalski, Ph.D.

Clinical & Neuropsychology

Dr. Sugalski is a psychologist and clinical neuropsychologist treating children, adolescents, and adults. He has particular interests in neurodevelopmental disorders and disorders of aging, and research interests in the role of frontal lobes in executive functioning and attention and concentration. Dr. Sugalski is on the Affiliated Staff in the Department of Behavioral Medicine at St. Luke's Hospital, and Provides consultations to physicians and psychiatrists on neuropsychological and psychological cases. He has been an Adjunct Professor at several universities and is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor at Temple University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry. He has also been an invited speaker at industry groups and a consultant to several organizations. He offers continuing education to physicians, psychologists, and health care professionals on topics including Alzheimer's Disease, FrontoTemporal Dementia, Lewy Body Dementia, Vascular Dementia, Parkinson's Dementia, Post-Stroke Depression, and Psychological Assessments for Bariatric and Pain Patients. He has conducted forensic evaluations for capacity to make decisions. Dr. Sugalski published an article entitled "Utilizing Neuropsychological Testing to Inform ADHD Diagnosis and Treatment."
